Terms of Service

RTP Bookings provides online appointment booking for businesses: a hosted booking page and embeddable widget, calendar synchronisation, payment collection through Stripe, and related emails and reporting.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the services, prices and hours you publish.

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payments from your customers are processed through your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms. You are the merchant of record for those transactions and responsible for your own refund and cancellation policies, taxes and compliance.

Businesses on a plan that includes text messaging can send appointment texts to their customers through RTP Bookings (registered messaging brand: RTP Bookings). Customers opt in on the booking form by giving a mobile number and ticking the consent box. Appointment texts are confirmations, up to two reminders and the reply to HELP; message frequency varies, up to 3 texts per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP; a single confirmation text follows and no further texts are sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@rtpbookings.app. CANCEL, END, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE also opt out. Appointments are cancelled or moved through the link in each text, under the Business's cancellation policy. Businesses must not use texting for anything other than these appointment messages and, only for customers who separately opted in to offers, occasional promotional texts, including invitations to rebook (up to four a month); they must not add numbers without the customer's consent. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to send unsolicited messages, or to interfere with the service or other users' data.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTP Bookings is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Last updated November 2026.
