The service

RTP Bookings provides online appointment booking for businesses: a hosted booking page and embeddable widget, calendar synchronisation, payment collection through Stripe, and related emails and reporting.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the services, prices and hours you publish.

Subscriptions and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payments from your customers

Payments from your customers are processed through your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms. You are the merchant of record for those transactions and responsible for your own refund and cancellation policies, taxes and compliance.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to send unsolicited messages, or to interfere with the service or other users' data.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTP Bookings is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Last updated September 2026.
